Kyle Joseph - Hull

The move has hit an “unknown complication”
Kim's watched his highlights video and realised they're all counter-attacking moves with opposition defenders running back towards their own goal, so he'll probably do no better in the 100 slow passing moves build-up in front of two banks of five than Conway and Strelec do?

If it's an issue with his medical or something then I hope he isn't signed but if we're just restructuring the payments due to that deadline being passed then I'm fine with him coming as a squad option as I think he could be useful in second halves of games.

He's already out for 10 weeks and not expected back until the end of pre season.

Yeah exactly, not ideal that considering Conway is out til September time

You want new signings coming in early and having a full pre season so that's off putting to me

Hull don't need to sell now they have raised the cash required.

Why not just take him on loan with a compulsory purchase if we are promoted. He is unlikely to play in the Premier League for Hull next season.

If he can't play for us due to injury we don't pay any wages.

Don't think many fans will be gutted at that, as ok as I was with the signing as squad depth if he's injured for the foreseeable and we have concerns it's a big old world out there let's just sign someone else who's fit

If you’re not careful, you’re going to replace me as the most negative poster on this forum.
You're negative but you're nowhere close to the most negative, you're not incessant with it like some posters. Neither is Indeedido.

Is if he is genuinely already out for 10 weeks and we were still looking to buy him when we have had so many injury prone players it’s ridiculous.

He's not going to play for Hull next season, so the club should loan him if they really want him? Unless his injury is alot worse than what has been reported.

I wonder if it was more opportunism on our part initially, given Hulls situation. Now that’s not a factor, we’re reviewing other targets perhaps given his injuries.

If we don’t sign him and he ends up at Millwall. You know what’s coming… 🤣

I think maybe that's it.

Now that deadline has passed maybe they want more money now and with the injury we feel we can do better
