No they didn't. They were dreadful - and despite being well under par Liverpool won comfortably , as did Norwich Brentford and most other teams when Everton collapsed there too.
The only thing he said I agreed with is Leeds aren't out of it - as they have a hard run in too - but I unfortunately think Leeds will stay up

Watched the match, that was enough for then switched over, not interested in who played well, or dear old Frank Lampards Everton gave it all, no they didnt, they tried to cheat their way to a point
 
They had 17% possession with one shot on target.

I appreciate that sometimes possession is futile (like Swansea yesterday) but giving an opposition the quality of Liverpool all of that possession is just asking for trouble. Timewasting in the 1st half as well.
 
Pretty much parked the bus. They had a bit of a horrible way about them. Yet it's a game they expected nothing out of.

Chelsea up next. That's hard.... After that the real work starts. Yet you can't just suddenly start winning.

Hopefully Leeds lose tomorrow to keep them in the mix.

If Everton come down, they'll win the Championship next season. Watford will just keep sacking the manager til they start winning.
 
Lampard is finally being found out. Made a bet that him, Conte and Bielsa wouldn’t be at their clubs by the end of next season. Looking quite safe so far.
 
Arguably not just the worst team in recent years (Everton) but the worst owned team. The Goodson owners have spent $700m over the past few years on very average players — that’s more than Liverpool who have executed their dealings in the transfer market better than most.

I don’t think it has much to do with Lampard as he didn’t really bring in the core of these average players into Goodson. Arguably Everton’s best current player is Anthony Gordon who cost nowt.

I think Lampard is very much part of that, expensive overrated Everton.
