Yeah, I heard that.

I saw her at the Brudenell on her breakthrough tour.
Marcus Mumford on the drums

Supported by a folky called JJ Pistolet …… reinvented himself as Justin Young of Vaccines.
 
Wednesday night for me. She is the best solo performer i have ever seen - absolutely sublime. Honestly toying with a trip to NY the following week.

I have also heard she might be retiring as well - one of a kind.
 
I've seen her a number of times and while I like her solo stuff a lot my favourite gig was LUMP. Sadly I'm not a fan of this venue so will give this a swerve. I saw Bonnie Prince Billy have a horrendous gig here.

Not been to the venue but my lads went to see The Unthanks there and said it was great.

I also think her LUMP work is great.
Quite good hearing her talk about - she is normally a control freak but just sits back here.

Listened back to this the other day - it’s from a few years ago but really enjoyable

I saw LUMP and absolutely loved it - I have been to see Mike Lindsay since as well.
 
Love Laura Marling and the Lump stuff is decent as well. Not going to see her as I have seen her a few times and trains and hotels in/to London are just getting ridiculous.

What I am always amazed at is that Mike Lindsay's previous band Tunng were not massive. They were superb.

Saw her in Cambridge on the last tour, one of my favourite artists and a subliminal song writer.

Pity she's not playing nearer than London (or NYC).
