I hadn't. I'm used to fast paced restaurant work though but will have a look at it,cheers.Have you looked at care home work? There are agencies out there that can sort you out. Massive change of pace but could be ideal?

I would go out more often if our pubs were more European style.
Table service and paying a bill at the end is so much more civilised than having to wrestle your way to the bar.
If I have to wait more than 5 mins to get served I just walk out.
It's usually just daytime work, no nights. Latest finishes I've seen advertised are 7pm.I hadn't. I'm used to fast paced restaurant work though but will have a look at it,cheers.
Simply ask for the bill when you order your last drink - they bring it when they serve you. Pay on the spot with a card as all the waiters have machines with them. That's the way it works here anyway.Waiting ages to pay for my food and/or drinks when I've finished because they're busy
Unfortunately the passion has gone. Glad yours is there. Its just about a wage for me nowadays, not that that stops me from producing my best at work though. It's usually just daytime work, no nights. Latest finishes I've seen advertised are 7pm.
Not for me as I've got goals and aspirations to aim for only been a lad in this mid thirties but it could be right up your street. Still get to practice your passion for cooking without been flogged to death.
Fair comment.Unfortunately the passion has gone. Glad yours is there. Its just about a wage for me nowadays, not that that stops me from producing my best at work though.
