I'll join you in being a snob, I'd rather avoid places packed out with Brits abroadI must be a snob. It's just one place I really have no intention of going to.
Probably why we mainly go to the USA backwaters. Took us 2 weeks before we heard a English accent.I'll join you in being a snob, I'd rather avoid places packed out with Brits abroad

As much as I'm trying, I can't shift that image.I’d rather open bottles of Peroni with my rectum, than spend a week in that hole
I was with the wife, obviously NOT.Did none if you speak for 2 weeks?
There's plenty of nice places In Spain, Italy etc you can go and not meet any Brits also. It's bizarre that everyone flocks to the same old places still even though independent travel is so easyProbably why we mainly go to the USA backwaters. Took us 2 weeks before we heard a English accent.
That was exactly the same with me. Never fancied it and fully expected my 50th to be the one and only visit but it has something for everyone and the entertainment/music/rock bars are excellent. Not to mention tapas ally. It's now become an annual trip for us (blokes). Although we try to avoid all the drunken young dicks and the "hilarious" fat bald bloke wearing trilbies.didnt fancy it myself but went for my 50th and enjoyed it,just because other brits go doent make it bad ,does it????
The old town is great, its not all plastic tables and all day english breakfastsdidnt fancy it myself but went for my 50th and enjoyed it,just because other brits go doent make it bad ,does it????
