Already looks like being a huge game. Definitely a Sky pick and moved to one of the TV slots.

Also a small allocation so I'd be getting those priority points racked up now if you want to be in the top bracket for that game.

We know from Sunderland roughly how many go to each threshold so everyone is aware of where they stand.

Going to be a right old ride between now and the end of the season.

If it is moved then it could be a Friday night (as was our first game of the season in 2019-20). If that was the case not so big demand. Would still sell out but not to all the high pointers.

The one game I looked for at the start of the season as it's about 12 miles from my house and yet I've not managed to get to it for the last few seasons, and it's a ground I still need to tick off.

Hoping my 185 points is enough to get a ticket.

I'd be building some more points up either through home game tickets (3 per match) or the odd away game. Or get some buying history from Luton!

Priority Points are allocated on a per account basis not per ticket basis, i.e. a supporter receives points for how many games they attend, not how many tickets they purchase.

FAQs

Do Season Card holders get further points when purchasing additional tickets for league matches?

No, as they are allocated points for each league game at the beginning of the season. The additional ticket holder will receive the points if they are correctly allocated by the purchaser.

An absolute dump but as they are about to start building a new ground worth experiencing before it gets rightly bulldozed. The only away end entrance left flanked by terraced houses and moreover the bogs are part of the downstairs of a house.

Thanks, just saved me needlessly buying up tickets for home games then. I suppose it makes sense that they operate like that, otherwise it would be massively open to abuse (in the way I was just about to do).

Exactly, I

Exactly, I've driven past it many times but never been there, and I only count a ground when I've watched a Boro representative team play there so not had many opportunities to go there.

Youve missed some good beatings then. The 3-3 opening season thriller apart I have suffered a few miserable 90 minutes there.

Yes it's one of those grounds that is truly unique and even though you've seen pictures etc you can't really believe it until you've actually experienced it first hand.
Some grounds after a while blur into much the sameness, but Luton will be etched into your memory for ever!
Get there if you can.

Yeah the 3-3 I was still living in the US, then the season after was lockdown and then last season I'd mistakenly booked a holiday before the fixtures were announced.

The bonus is you dont have a long way home after the game like the Teesside based fans, although getting back to Hitchin if you want a drink and so don't want to drive isn't that easy.

Its dead easy for me too. A few stops up on Thameslink. If I am unable to get a ticket in the away end I know Luton fan who will get me one in the home stand - not that I want to go in there frankly but needs must if it comes to that.

Every single away league game last season had tickets available to non-ST holders. Same story this season, bar Sunderland as a one-off. Normal service resumed immediately with Cardiff and Sheff Utd tickets still available 6 days after going on general sale.

I will bare my backside in the window of whatever high street shop hasn't closed down yet if 185 doesn't get you a Luton ticket.

We must be neighbours. I look to this game each year and hope its midweek still I can get a ticket.

I get the bus from outside my house to outside the ground.

Ive cycled a few times between the two of you but you are not exactly neighbours. Id say a good 16 miles between you.

What a weird stadium.. Google Street View shows how bizarre it is, utterly hemmed in by terraced houses and a main road.

Incredible to think it could be a Premier League Stadium next season!

Only been once, when we were drubbed 1-5 and Hartson got a hat-trick. I think we walked between terraced houses to get to the away end.
