How can that be then as as it’s a 3pm kick off on a Saturday, surely this breaks the black out rule.

Originally due on Sunday. The fixture was moved because City play Real Madrid on Tuesday and because of the coronation they were given special dispensation by the FA and EFL to play the game at 3 pm because 5.30 slot was filled and lunchtime clashed with old sausage fingers getting a new hat.

it doesn’t break the blackout because there is no full football league programme at 3pm only a handful of premier league games.

There are no Championship matches on today, so the blackout doesn't take effect anyway.

You need 50% of the fixtures in the top 2 tiers to be on at 3pm on a Saturday for there to be a blackout.

There are only 4 of the possible 22 fixtures on at 3pm today, which is only 18%.
