Marc Bola charged for comments made when he was 14 on social media

I assume Bola would now as an adult genuinely apologise.

The FA may have a rule book and rules, but when is that issued i.e at what age, common sense its when someone becomes a professional player.

This is priceless. Please please throw them book at Bola so that this can get the maximum airing and whichever d*ckhead thinks this is acceptable can be embarrassed and removed from office and then common sense prevail.

I can’t help but reflect at times like this how fckd up the game is and how there is one law for one and so on.
The West Ham slap on the wrist for playing Tevez and Mascherano for most of a season versus us losing three points for a debatable ‘misdemeanour’ in ONE game.
The ’frivolous‘ appeal and extra game ban for Alladiere (sp.)
Wycombe being left to flounder last season

The game stinks to high heaven. So yes please throw the book at Marc and let’s bring it on, fightback and embarrass these fckwts. He was 14 years old for heavens sake

14 to me is still a child.

The FA treat 14 year olds as children.

Could Bola sue for racial discrimination?

He had until the 20th September to reply so i wonder why we haven't heard anything about it yet.

He had to respond almost a month ago, yet nothing more has been said. If they’re going to ban him, they might as well do it now whilst he is injured.

It's very upsetting but it's also what we've bought into with social media-- goodness knows where we'll be in 5 years time-- all robots, conditioned for those in higher authority who want a nodding, or even bowing-head society.
We're definitely going down an under determined path where only those who can set the so called new rules will find way to avoid them and all those who choose to go against them find life [probably] unbearable.

Anyone see the John Gruden recent news-- the NFL basically fired him for the same reasons...although in this case you could argue that Gruden used the NFL property to air his views so I guess the NFL saw fit to review his emails [from XXXX years ago] and bring him to task on it. I suppose the message form all of this is be careful what you say and write as it'll probably be used in evidence to criminalise you and ultimately wreck your life.
