Yup, I say that every time we start him and McNair, but we usually start quite well when they both start. Definitely some give an take.

It will work better when we start getting 2-0 up before they tire, or have a bit more confidence after a couple of wins. Obviously a lot of nerves last night, which is to be expected.

I like what I've seen from Muniz, not afraid to get stuck in but some good skills too, and a cheeky smile when he's won a corner he didn't deserve etc

I don't think he will play, or start at least, with Muniz and Akpom together. He has always liked one of the strikers to drop and link the play, dont think thats either Akpom or Muniz' game, although i hope I'm wrong.

i think it will be Muniz +Mcgree with Akpom + watmore (Forss/Hoppe)
 
Thought McGree had his best game for us last night. Involved in a lot of things and could easily if had 3 or 4 goals. My only slight concern is that Muniz was often quite isolated up front last night in a 1 vs 3 match up with their defence. Must be frustrating playing the lone front man role at times.
 
I can see us continuing with the current set up until crooks is banned that will probably tally up with akpom being fit and mcgree will drop back in for crooks . Hopefully the the team will be playing with the confidence after a good few wins by then and mcgree won’t invite much criticism .
 
I'd like to see McGree given a chance back in midfield anyway. With a proper LCB behind him he might not look so vulnerable.
