Middle-class trappings

Personally I think ideas of "working" and "middle" classes are a bit outdated. They are both potentially huge and have variations within them and the "amount" of people in those classes depends on the part of the country. To me a lot of what is referred to as "middle class" is actually upper-middle class.

But trappings? Does the Mrs' Hunters wellies count?! :ROFLMAO:

wow!! when? That's a hell of a claim to fame.
Not really. I played for Kenya Harlequins in Nairobi, 1988/9. They are affiliated to London Quins. In those days Quins shirts weren't available to the general public. We used to get their cast off shirts from the previous season!

Colourful enough for Kenya. Perhaps an even more interesting claim to fame than playing for the London team!
