Less drugs!

...but according to the BBC, this is a terrible thing - and will lead to overdoses. I personally couldn't disagree more. The very fact that a shortage of HGV drivers leads to a shortage of drug-taking shows how much of a blind eye this country turns to the problem. Not once do they mention that drug taking is a criminal offence - instead it's just "inevitable". Incredible.

The article may be poorly written but the concerns are legitimate. They should be focusing on the fact that what drugs people do get hold of are likely to have been cut with cheaper unknown substitutes, which could cause all sorts of problems.

The 'war on drugs' has failed. We need a more pragmatic and sensible approach. Drug taking is inevitable - in fact the Government turn a blind eye at some drug taking that's far more destructive than some illegal drugs. Pint anyone?

Good old BBC...

Im guessing the reporter is a "recreational user"

You know, one of the muppets that tell you they only use it on a weekend for a good time... but they can give it up any time they want to.... whilst bouncing around the room with pupils like dinner plates.
