New Jack Reacher TV series on Amazon Prime

I see that there is a new Jack Reacher mini TV series on Amazon prime.

Reacher will be played by Alan Ritchson, who lets face it, has the open goal tap in of bringing Reacher back to life after Tom Cruise killed it off with his terrible take on the character.



I will reserve judgement until I have seen it , but I thought there might have been more suitable actors.

When I read all of the books, the character in my mind was probably closer to Titus Welliver (Bosch on Amazon Prime)



Who would be a good Reacher?

I'm about half way through the Reacher series of books. I get 3 for Christmas every year .

If they're serious about an actor replicating the character then he needs to be 6'5", 250lbs and be happy to wear the same undies for days on end

100% agree. Thats why Tom Cruise was such a crushing disappointment. To be honest , I kind of despise Lee Child for selling out to Cruise, especailly after I spent sooo many hours investing in the character. I took it personally. lol

Bloody hell, if you manage to complete them in the next couple of years we'll try moving onto knives and forks and socks and shoes next

The Cruise films were OK if you didn't think of him as Jack Reacher. When does the new Mini Series show?

Going to give the new SciFi thing a crack on Amazon with Chris Pratt (The Tomorrow War) I'm a sucker for SF and this sounds like good mindless fun.
