When I lived in Gibraltar, I remember seeing a jawdee family in Casemates square. Mam, Dad, three kids...all in Newcastle shirts.

Rather like Scousers and côckneys...why are they so desperate to be recognised?? They're there voices you almost always seem to hear the loudest.

As a kid, me and my Dad would play a game if flying from Newcastle. Which Top would we spot first, i don't think the game ever made it beyond in the car park before you saw a full family in their Newcastle kits.

A Geordie on holiday in their Newcastle strip - I dont believe it.

To be fair to them, at least they have the option - ours will be available for any January skiing trips you want to go on...

Classic Boro. One of the lowest income areas of the country but if you want to wear your kit on holiday you have to go skiing in the Alps with all the hedgefund managers.

They’re be selling the same shirts to the Geordies next year for 20% more. The marketing is that the black and white striped shirts are to be replaced by white and black striped ones.
