I know right? Absolute busybodies trying to get people to obey the law, should just let these people get away with it shouldn't they.

Not wearing a seatbelt in the back seat can cause the death of the front sear occupant as well as the back seat occupant. It's lazy, unsafe and selfish and should carry a heavier penalty. Add to that the fact that he is supposed to be the prime minister of this country and should be setting an example.
