Next 10 Boro games

Don’t think I said we are only winning because Warnock didn’t have a choice on selection I actually said given our season to date I found it impossible to decide, it could be that or it could be because he is a great manager now making great decisions and we might kick on strongly from here. I certainly hope so. The problem with this Board is everything is black or white. Everyone has to be amazing or shocking - with little room for debate between the polar opposites I am chuffed to bits we have won three games in a week. I was equally disappointed we lost at home and were very much outplayed by Blackpool, and a 10 man QPR. I was upset for the away fans at the quality of our performance at Coventry Reading and particularly Hull. Let’s see what happens in the next five or six games before we inevitably crown or kick Warnock on here
Apologies wasn’t aimed at you directly but I think Warnocks track record suggests he knows a thing or two about setting up effective championship teams so I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt

I don’t like your general feeling about Neil Warnock
A genius or lucky ?
In many ways he is both….of those
Why ?
hes had to deal with a decimated back four and a don’t think he likes hall or really rates him. I don’t.
Loads of injuries yet he’s been positive and an attitude of is what it is and galvanized the squad
They all seem to really like him and he has managed us carefully through this tough period
Lucky ?
Well. Luck plays a part but you make your own luck in the world and he has his fair share which bodes well for us surely ?
A decimated injury list just when we were bedding in new players BUT played some of the lesser teams
Luck yes but believe you me
You make your own luck and I think Warnock has luck aplenty 😃
Its not about "feelings" for Neil Warnock. Hes only a custodian.
His hand has been forced: we have done better without those out injured, because he has to work with what hes got.
He deflects criticism, calls players out in public, blames agents, rants at refs and blames "luck".
Hes kept us out of the Third Division, but hes only a stop gap.
We need to work on whose next and a pragmatic longer-term strategy.

West Brom game in a couple of weeks will be the benchmark for me, if we get something there and have managed a win out of Brum and Luton this will be a promotion push of a season imho!
agreed that's the real litmus test, not these 3 very poor relegation fodder we've beaten. Win those two games then I'll accept that Warnock might have turned things around

Won 9 on trot n 73-74. Thats our best run in the league. We no where near jack charltons team atm.
Should have won the 10th game with a easter home night match v Bolton, Pat Cuffs debut in goal

The match finished up goaless & Bolton were the only team that season to take more points us over two games, with us losing 2-1 a week or so later

Utter rubbish, the team is shaping up nicely with the signings of payero and sporar bedding in with siliki still to come in and herdandez and Jones also developing…sol bamba a revelation with Fry out.
So much to be excited about yet you CHOOSE to get out your negative cap
Agree the team is shaping up nicely, hopefully when everyone is fit NW keeps it going 👍

I don't think this was the formation or system Warnock had in mind for this season but clearly injuries (and potentially signings?) have forced his hand.

That said, he sets the team up and we should praise him when it works - which it is currently.

I always had a sneaking suspicion that Bamba would end up first choice and I actually think Fry might struggle to get back in (didn't Pulis drop him as well?) Clear that Warnock trusts Bamba immensely and he's a much better player than I realised.
