I’m not a Spoons fan, not having been in one since they first opened in the back in the 90’s, but they have renovated the old dilapidated coaching house such that it is a huge improvement. Along with the Inn Collection opening the Old Police Station, they have brought some life to the top end of the high street.

Spoons is only as good as the management, take Swatters, a modern day claggy mat compared with Northallerton one, a huge difference.
