It's Franck Ribery and the reason for his strange appearance is probably due to the car accident he and his family were involved in when he was two years old. Their car collided with a lorry and he suffered serious facial injuries that resulted in more than one hundred stitches which left two long scars down the right side of his face and another across his brows.
