Looks like it's on, can't say I'll be rushing for tickets but I bet there's a fair few on here who are really excited for this

Never cared for oasis, I can see why it's a big deal but I'm just awaiting Slaughter To Prevail to hit the UK 😂

Always been about the money. I have no doubt the fallout is real. I mean brothers / families do.

Yet I always thought it was about how high the dollar got. Always a price that they couldn't turn down. The longer it went the more the demand and fee.

I'm sure they will sellout in no time. Oasis are a massive part of my 90s music life. The whole britpop scene was massive. I'd say many 'lesser' 90s bands produced better music.

That said... I doubt I'll try for a ticket. I listen to some oasis tracks now and think 'meh'. Then again they still wrote some bangers 👌

Apparently only playing the classics. I think that's for the best. Don't need a new album.

Definitely better bands in that era and some appallingly bad lyrics but they did have some good songs. They just had a good energy live. You can imagine how any potential live shows might go and the crowd itll attract and thats the same reason i never bothered with the stone roses reunion. So no, ill leave it in the past were it belongs rather than be surrounded by 50,000 liam gallagher wannabes ta - be like sacha baron cohens character on the brothers grimsby

I'd wondered whether the fall-out had been manufactured by the two of them however I realised it hadn't been when I watched Noel being interviewed by Zane Lowe a few years back.

Zane defended Liam, telling Noel that Liam spoke highly of him when he'd interviewed him and Noel basically said it meant nothing to him because Liam would be saying the complete opposite on Twitter. He then went on to say "If he wants to play up to the gallery then he can crack on but when it matters and he's abusing my wife and daughter, that's different".

I'd say Liam and Noel's wifes' relationship was probably a huge stumbling block when it came to the two brothers reconciling. I think Noel probably felt he had to show loyalty to his wife, however maybe the divorce has changed that.

Noel spoke about being up for a reunion a few months back however I do wonder whether he was just trying to wind Liam up, knowing that Liam wouldn't make the call to Noel and of course Liam threw it back in his face and said Noel's got some apologising to do first.

The 2025 rumours are about 4 nights at knebworth, no tour or album. Basically for 30th anniversary of WTSMG. This has been in Sun etc. Will believe it when I see it. Not that I'd be going, to old for that **** these days.

Liam has already confirmed he is doing DM tour next year, with Bonehead and Tony McCarroll also rumoured.

Saying that I can't see the tweet op has posted on Liams twitter so not sure if that is a wind up.

Can't see it, but if it happens, nah, I'm out. Best left in that mid 90s era when they were young and edgy rather than today, where they are middle aged and should know better

I went to the Stone Roses reunion gig - I didn't see anything that I wouldn't expect. A load of balding blokes in bucket hats, parkas and Adidas Gazelles. Exactly what I expected :ROFLMAO:
