On Line Ticket System ......FFS

Trying to buy a ticket for the home leg and it keeps telling me I've exceeded the "1" ticket I'm allowed to buy when I haven't.

I've cleared everything logged out and back in several times and it still comes up with the same message when there is clearly only one ticket in my basket.

And the call queue fro the ticket office is 70+ right now. FFS 😡😡😡😡😡😡


Anyone else having problems ?

I didn’t have any problems this morning. I got the same message initially but then allocated the tickets to the accounts with the points and all went through fine.

Someone may have bought it “for you”.

I had a mate who’d “linked” with someone he didn’t know that well a few years earlier who’d just selfishly bought his ticket for one of his mates and didn’t tell him. Called the club and they did sort it out.

Have the same problems almost every time I buy our 2 away tickets.
Only solved by refreshing the screen for between 2 and 20 minutes.
 
im currently in phone queue started at 85 and now 37 after 45 minutes on the phone. would have done online but im changing an OAP season ticket to an adult and moving its seat and cant do that online!
 
I have reported this and the club came back to me immediately and are investigating the problem.
 
Are season ticket holders who have bought their own seat able to buy more if they have the points?
 
I don't have any linked accounts so it wasn't that.

Any way I tried again and went to clear the ticket in my basket so I could start over and ... hey presto, the "buy ticket" button was on so I'm sorted now.
