Onel Hernández.....

Just looking through twitter and the brum fans love him. He's made an amazing impact (as has Taylor).

I'm glad to see him doing well. I don't think we ever saw the best of him due to formation. Although nothing but praise from Wilder about his attitude etc👍

Thought he was Inconsistent. He disappeared at Luton. Didnt get into the game at all and that included any defensive responsibilities which Wilder likes in a player. I suspect his wages were also on a higher scale having come from Norwich on loan.

Wilder is building a 25 man squad with at least 2 players for every position for his first 11.

Any shipped out players who don't fit his system such as Onel, Uche and Marv will shine elsewhere.

After the next transfer window, with just a few more additions hopefully we will have to deflect interest from suitors for all the 25.

No deadwood

Yes agree👏

I'll be genuinely worried about losing a few if we don't go up. I'd say the likes of Tav/Fry/Mcnair/Jones and Spence will have plenty watching them.

I guess it's a by product of doing well.

whos Marv?

Up until Saturday I would have kept Hernander, despite him rather lacking an end product, rather than get Balogun or Connelly in, but my mind has been changed. In Chrissy Wilder we trust.

He didn't fit into CW's formation and style as mentioned already. A good player, no doubt.
Square peg in a round hole, here.

Re: the second screenshot, did that guy never see Bellingham?

I didn't mind Hernandez, wish Sporar could stay on his feet as well as Onel.

This amazing impact is not feeding through to their results. They’ve won 1 in the last 5.

or 2 in 6 since he arrived. 8 points in 6 games with Onel, 2 points in 6 games before he arrived. They've scored 11 in the 6 games he has played, compared to 7 in 6 just before he arrived. 3 goals in 6 games from Onel.

It's clear he has done pretty well and they've improved with him

I think moving him on was the right thing, but I wish him luck.
I agree with moving Uche, Browne and Hernandez on.

I have so much faith that Wilder will do the right things.
Get the right players for our status, under the right contracts to perform and grow value.
Move on the players who are not part of the plans.
Only sell if it we choose to and it improves us on and off the pitch.
