Love him me .From his first touch of the ball. The quality is something we haven't had in midfield for years. Know many on here disagree, but nar, even when he was "settling in" with daft ten minute sub appearances the quality jumped out. Never thought he was miles off. He had ten minutes and tried to hard from the bench that's all.

Every time he's involved he makes things happen. His vision, touch and strength on the ball and general football brain of knowing the right ball is above championship standard.

The only issue has ever been him getting involved as more than not he's bypassed. For me we should be making him the focal point and playing through him, not sending it over his head and hoping it bounces to him.


Hoping he continues in this way.
