Already good wins against India and New Zealand.

This evening were struggling to get across the line against Afghanistan. Needed 24 off the last two overs. 2 new batsmen at the crease.

They only needed 1 over. Asif Ali smote 4 6’s in 6 balls to win their third match and all but qualified for semi.

They have been probably the best team so far but it’s a cup comp so one bad day and it’s out. Australia have a formidable batting line up and England and India on their day are as good as anyone.

England look very good, great bowling attack and incredible depth of batting. India aren't out of it yet but a big game on Sunday v New Zealand (which I think they'll win).

Pakistan look the pick so far - very good bowling and lots of specialist t20 batters. Annoyed as was just gonna back them at 7/1 before the India game, forgot and then obviously their odds tumbled.

England, Australia, Pakistan and India in the semis for me.

India should beat us tomorrow But you never know. We are slightly under cooked as a T20 outfit and played Pakistan in first game when we could have done with Scotland or Namibia to get warmed up.

Pakistan have so far been the pick of the teams. Not 100% sure about England yet. They have had two easier games first and now the battles against Australia and South Africa to come.

Pakistan look class. You can never rule out the god dam Australians 😕

You have to say England haven't even got out of 3rd gear (nevermind 2nd). The real test comes today after two relatively 'easy' games.

We still have a few players who need some time at the crease. Morgan and Livingstone could do with a few runs just to get up and running. That said I don't think Morgan can ever drop himself like he suggested. Such a good skipper even if he's not scoring.

The bowling attack looks class. Also been really impressed with Mills after not seeing much of him other than the 100.

We were in the taxi going to Stockton last night and the driver phoned his missus to see how the cricket was going, despite not knowing the language we could understand what the conversation was by the replies, and his excitement. When he dropped us off he said he was going home to watch the rest of the game.

Pakistan look as if they are virtually through to the Semifinals.
It's a big game when we play the Aussies at 3pm today and we may have Wood back.
