Appears Thier bottle has gone. Funny how you're not willing to fight for something you don't understand but other ppl have told you to when you risk jail time.

Good to hear.Happy to report that the police are saying the town is quiet and people are respecting the law and each other this evening.
What's happened has happened and those responsible will have to pay a price, but lets move on, talk about our grievances to us as leaders and even better to each other.
Our town is a much better place when all our residents work together.

I'm working in Newcastle and heard nowt about a counter protest. Our employer did get a briefing from the local police and people were advised to go home due to possible delays on the Metro.I'm watching a live stream of a counter March in Newcastle.
The guy with the megaphone just asked for the Geordies present to give a shout out which was greeted by the majority, a few responses when asked if any mackems had turned out and stoney silence when he asked if any Boro were present.
I wish I was there to represent our region.
In amongst all this division and hate, I'm beginning to realise not all Geordies and Mackems are vvankers.
I think that maybe 25% of those involved in the riots were committed far right fascists. The other 75% were semi-committed but not enough to get 3 years in prison, there just for a bit of “fun” or people that got swept away with misinformation and have now emotionally burnt out their anger.Appears Thier bottle has gone. Funny how you're not willing to fight for something you don't understand but other ppl have told you to when you risk jail time.

Yes as shockingly bad as it has been, particularly for our locality, Starmer has a real opportunity to make things much better going forward.I think that maybe 25% of those involved in the riots were committed far right fascists. What we are left with is a lot of fascists have outed themselves from their rocks. The danger of them has become very clear to many. The attempts to destabilise the government haven’t worked. They’ve gone to ground in the hope that there won’t be a knock at the door. Farage has distanced himself from them to save himself but he and Lee Anderson’s attempts to excuse them are on record and will not go down well with the centrists. Then there’s fox, Little Tommy Robinson falling out with farage publicly and their demise is coming.
Then to ight we showed the difference between the anti-fascists and these racist-fascist-scum it seems like we’ve had far bigger and very peaceful protests that show the put context to the shameful far right riots.
It’s not gone how they hoped. I hope that Starmer steps on and declares these groups terrorists and continues to pressure the social media companies. He can’t take the foot of the gas to beat these people
Fartage, Tice, and Anderson must be wondering where their "working class lads" (mob) went. Seen off by the decent majority.Yes as shockingly bad as it has been, particularly for our locality, Starmer has a real opportunity to make things much better going forward.
The counter protest photographs from around the country tonight are fantastic and restore your faith in the good people of this country.
They are incompetent idiots who thought they could manipulate a bunch of racist thugs for political purposes.Fartage, Tice, and Anderson must be wondering where their "working class lads" (mob) went. Seen off by the decent majority.

I'd like to think that if these 'protests' turn out the way most are expecting them to, it will eventually show up the extremists and isolate them. The vast majority of people won't stand it for long and it will disappear back into the wintery shadows.
