Prem Relegation Spots.....

Sadly, I think Newcastle will stay up, but only because there are 3 worse teams.

Norwich are going down, I think Burnley's charmed life has finally ended and Watford look nailed on now.

Yes i think youre probably right there

I am amazed at how bad the bottom 3 have been but not yet cut a drift, although Leeds appear to be pulling away from Watford.

Can see Norwich, Burnley and Watford going

It is looking likely that with someone with decent delivery, and a decent finisher who can stay fit till the end of the season Newcastle will have enough to stay up as those around them seem to be utterly woeful and lacking any sort of fight.

Wonder if Burnley will panic and give Dyche the bullet?

Agree, though still think Dyche is still Burnleys best chance, very slim mind, of staying up

The only team out of the bottom four that you think might just win a game or two is Burnley but after watching them the other week they are just rank bad. Years of poor buying and escaping because the "Old Guard" step up one more time look to have ended, or have they...

Newcastle have a real credibility problem. They have reportedly bid for Keiran Trippier from Atletico Madrid. If you were Mr. Trippier, would you sign for them? Interesting isn't it. If he signs it could mean them getting other players on board, if he says "no"...

It's 3 from 4, Wilson out is a big blow for The Mags. They are going to have to waft some serious cash if they want reinforcements

Norwich & Watford plus one other from Newcastle & Burnley.

If Newcastle get their loans & signings right they'll be ok... problem is they need players in defence, midfield & attack.. & teams will demand huge fees, will they pay up??

I think he is in to his 30’s now so if can get one last big singing on fee and a 4/5 yr deal on mega bucks then he is in.

Last chance of big deal (not sure what he had left with AM). Think he is on a decline now and so might as well take the money

Be interesting to see who they go for. Talk of mbapee, dembele in reality a Ross Barkley is more likely and then how quickly they can gel.

The balance of paying a new guy £200k a week and the current lot knowing they will be replaced is going to be a good watch.

Think that slime ball Howe is a bad appointment to see it through. When they needed defensive stability they went for him , not one of his strong points

He's 31 and a current England International on the cusp of a World Cup (likely his last) and his position has a number of options available to Southgate.

Even if they don't buy Mbappe, Haaland and Harry Kane in the January window like our deluded neighbours think - the Geordies will probably still buy enough to get out of it as the others down there don't look much cop ..
