Problem with free drink

Every time I‘ve tried to get a drink the kiosk have had to write my details on a sheet of paper. So after queuing for about 15 mins before the game got told that I could not get a drink and would need to contact the ticket. Anyone else had the same problem
 
We had problems at start of season and the club promised it would work and it didnt.issued a new season ticket card which again didnt work.In the end a lovely girl in ticket office issued a new card and went to check it worked on the machine.i did this last conversation by phone as had been to the ground twice
 
Had the problem all season, keep emailing them but each time I get a response saying they'll look in to it then I hear nothing back.
 
What an absolute joke the service was in the North stand yesterday (bar east end). I joined the queue at 2:35 and finally got served at 3:05. I don’t expect people with degrees or mastermind contestants serving but my god the 3 staff they had on for the full bar where clueless. 😡
 
Simple solution is don’t have a drink, your at the ground for only 2 hours ,and I’m sure if you tried really really hard not to have a pint and wait until you got home you would succeed.

The Chairman’s drink is a loyalty card, as is the gold card, hence the allocation of priority points associated to each, so if the redemption of drinks were missed due to technical issues, then they should still be redeemed retrospectively, so for example if this happened at 3 games, then that is 3 drinks owed across the rest of the season, so 3 games where 2 drinks were attributable surely?

Was after a hot drink with it being a cold day not a pint. Can’t understand what was the point of writing down my details then not correcting the problem.
