Only just realised that it split into 2 sections of 6 for last 5 games after the 12 teams have played each other 3 times - 33 games, so how do they decide who plays who once/twice at home/away?

During the normal season all teams play each other 3 times. Not sure how they decide who has the advantage of 2 home games.

However, when the league splits in two for the final 5 games the two groups still only play each other once, and I assume the Home/ away thing is decided by who has previously had two home games.
