QPR game to be rescheduled

What if the players, managers, staff want to watch the funeral, should they be denied??
What about people working in shops, bars, factories, construction, hospitals etc etc

Are they all being given time off to see the funeral? Or are they being “denied”?

Record it.

Edit - sorry The Yorkshire Terrier. Just seen you made the same point.

Forgive the stupid question, but does this mean EFL games will still be played on the Saturday (just not with a 3pm kick off)?

Or does it mean that there's no football fixtures at all for the whole day?
(and yes, I realise that's two questions ;))

The matches that weren't at 3pm are definitely still on, but I'm not sure whether the conflicting ones will be moved to another day or later in the afternoon.

I wonder if they will all get hammered after the funeral.

I’ve been watching catch ups of The Crown over the last few weeks and they all seem to like a good measure of the hard stuff.

Thought they would of had it a 11:00 so they got on the drink earlier. It's certainly what he would have wanted 😉😉😉😉

When my best mate died in November we couldn't even get a drink. He would have been devastated.

Fancy choosing saturday 3pm for the funeral, obviously not a football fan who decided that. You'd have thought Prince William President of the FA would have avoided such an avoidable clash. 1100 would make more sense. just be ko time change, I presume
Wasn’t big Phil president of the FA for a couple of years in the fifties too?
