QPR tickets on sale tomorrow (Thurs 27th)

Lower Tier should be released if Upper Tier sells out. Lower Tier is OK but as said you can get wet. I think it is held back because its easier to control fans in the Upper Tier. I think the back of the Lower Tier you may lose sight of the ball when it is in the air.

Downstairs can be OK. Does get cold and you have the odd QPR clown trying to provoke you ( when sitting at the far left hand side).

Update

526 tickets still left in the Upper Tier.

I would have thought well over 75% STs have had their pick. About 1060 sold.

Ref QPR away midweek

376 tickets still left in U/T and STs have had their opportunities to buy. About 1,224 sold.

Probably reflects over 90% of STs are local to Teesside.

Also reflects how many of the Old Trafford tickets have gone to people who can't usually be bothered with regular away games, but that's a rant for another day.

Any ideas on the away pub? FootballGroundGuide draws a bit of a blank.

I was in the lower tier back in 02/03, I believe, when Fulham were using the ground as well as QPR. I think we got beat 1-0 and Noel Whelan missed a sitter.

It was wet and miserable and to date, that has been my lasting impression of Loftus Road.

Just 60 left. They will go in the next 30 mins. Just upper left at both extremes

edit they lasted 3 minutes

Just the odd single seats left now

I think a few people may have taken a risk and waited for the bottom tier to be allocated as the view from the rear of the top tier is often very restricted. Here's hoping anyway
