Question for Disney+ Members

I find that the volume level is really low. When the kids are watching most things the TV needs to be turned up to 70/100 - that can't be right?

Today the lad was watching Mandalorian and I had to turn it to almost full to hear anything. Anybody else notice this?

I would agree, not as high as those levels, but certainly we need the volume higher on Disney + to get the same volume level as on ordinary tv. It can be a bit of a pain as switching from it back to standard tv and you're waking the neighbours with the blasting sound.

Haven't noticed myself. Now you've mentioned it though I'll probably notice every time.

Slightly lower and I'd say the EQ leans towards the low mids and bass rather than the treble - which is a pain in the ass to my old ears (in a manner of speaking of course)

What device are you watching it through? I generally use the Sky Q box and not had to increase the volume. We’ve got some now tv boxes so I’ll check them.

I watch ours through an NVidia Shiled which is a fantastic device but I'm wondering if I need to consider a sound bar or something to improve what we have

Dont know if its related or what the reason behind it is but if i ever watched a dvd on the playstation, the volume needing doubling, if i watched a blu-ray it was fine. Never had a problem with streaming on it though, but i havnt tried disney on ps
