There’s reclining and them there’s full reclining as well as you can get to sleep without the full tilt as well.

I was told off by the air steward the other day because my knees were digging into the person in front. Apparently the person in front, who had reclined his seat all the way back, had made a complaint.

I said 'What do they expect? Where are my knees supposed to go?'

I prefer sitting upright rather than sitting at 45 degrees but was told to recline my seat all the same, creating a domino effect all the way to the poor person at the very back who just has to suffer.

If im day and dont expect to sleep (usually cant in business nevermind economy) then its very unlikely ill recline but on a longhaul overnight sorry but once ive eaten im going full tilt. Did on a recent return 10 hr night flight and the woman behind me wasnt happy at all

Yeah back row should be for stewardesses if it doesnt recline

I'm 6'5"
Recline your seat in front of me and I'll politely but firmly be suggesting you go CTRL-Z on that nonsense.

Unless I've blagged the emergency exit row, in which case fill your boots.

What does control z mean? Oh yeah

Wouldn't make any difference to me how tall you are, if I wanted to recline it i would, you could suggest what you want. “Im 6’5” 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ its similar when you get someone obese sat next to you and theyre spilling over into your area. You gotta work with what you paid for, not look for concessions off others

In all seriousness, dont you just book the exit seat anyway? I wouldnt fly if i was uncomfortable and couldnt find the extra fifty quid or whatever.

At which point I'd get less polite.

Recline all you want , the feature is there and free to use. I travel a lot and even on a short haul see some people use it. Most of them are knackered business travellers running from flight to flight to im really sympathetic to them

Dont be daft. Is that actually how you live your life? Trying to be imposing because your quite tall and you didnt get your own way? What do you do if someone in front is 7 foot and they recline?
Go to bed. Got better things to do with my day than bicker with you.

Wow quite the wannabe bully arent you

Haha wants a free pass in life because he is 6’5 - embarrassing. Just buy the extra leg room seat you tight git. Id just laugh at you while i got comfy

There are far worse thing people do on planes than recline:
