Is anyone else aware of any other club's having similar struggles recruiting this window - specific examples of player deals falling through etc on the scale it seems to have happened for us. Genuine question as the line peddled out seems to be "everyone is finding it tough"

I was reading last night how Eddie Howe was describing the market as very difficult and they're a club with a bottomless pit of money, FFP allowing for course.

Whatever the "strategy", we have gaping holes in our squad as we play our second match in two days time and will have played almost 1/6 of the season by the time the window closes.
