The thing is I don't think he gets talked about anywhere near as much as other young England players. There's be a strong argument to say he's underrated.
(Incidentally I always think "overrated" is a rubbish term as it depends on how good you think something is, and your perception of what everyone else thinks, which can vary massively depending on who's opinions you hear)
