Selling old Boro shirts

Wondering if I can make a little bit of cash by selling my retro Boro shirts. I believe there is a bit of interest currently especially in the Errea 90s/00s shirts? I have a few of those and also a Skill and an Admiral.

I’ve seen a few on eBay at various prices but my daughter reckons Twitter is the place to sell. Don’t really do Twitter though (I have one follower, my daughter 😅).

Any advice on whether it is worth doing this and, if so how? I will certainly never wear the tops again and seems a shame to leave them stored away. Cheers all.

inbox me interested in buying.

Visit the Boro Shirt Museum page on Facebook. They are keen to (re) discover old shirts and the best thing is that they exhibit them for fans to see at BaseCamp in exhibitions etc. Can't praise them enough. Their website is here too, really good thing for Boro heritage: https://boroshirtmuseum.co.uk/ and https://www.facebook.com/boroshirtmuseum

In terms of selling there is the Boro Collectors Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/3892842814099826/
Thank you

Thank you boro historian.

The collectors group gives all fans equal opportunity to buy your items.

Feel free to ask for valuation

I didn’t even know you could sell on Twitter - I’ve made about £800 selling old Boro tops on eBay the last few months. £170 for one Dickens shirt

Get on that Boro Collectors Group on Facebook as mentioned above by Borohistorian.

Good bunch of guys on there. If you post what you have they will give you a valuation on all your shirts and you'll potentially sell a few on there and avoid ebay fees etc.
I’ve asked the group for valuation , so waiting to see what they say. Thanks.

The group seems to be dominated by one guy with loads of great match-worn stuff. Seems almost like a pro dealer with very close ex-player contacts. It’s a tad intimidating!

That AP guy pops up now and again and absolutely does dominate on there, then he goes quiet and it's just normal guys buying, selling, sharing and swapping Boro shirts and other Boro related stuff.

I am waiting for Boro Collectors group to give me a view on values but, in the meantime, the messages I received seem to have elapsed and are no longer in Conversations. For those guys, and those on the thread who were interested (@festas_shin @inoffthepost @Ash88 @newyddion I’m putting photos on here. DM me for details
Cheers RIB for keeping me in the loop, they are both too big and too small for me. LOVELY DESIGN.. SHERTS THO!!
