Some good subjects on mastermind tonight

I got offered a place on it about ten years ago. You have to put a few "specialist" subjects forward, one of mine was Boro 1986 to present, they said no, it had to be whole club history, which someone has now done. They also rejected Ripping Yarns as there was only 9 episodes. I argued, that if you can do Fawlty Towers with 12 episodes and a constant core cast, why not 9 separate episodes with only one core member, nope. They also knocked me back on the West End Musicals of Andrew Lloyd Webber on the basis that I'd worked on most of them. So my final three were, Boro, The Cunard Queens and the building of the Canadian Railways. Then I got offered a job with Disney Cruise Lines so I had to knock Mastermind back. Then the job fell through! A**e!
