Somewhat concerning

I have always been a staunch supporter of necessary restrictions but this poll, dark blue responses in particular, shows how easily people can be conditioned to accept significant, permanent changes to their lives.

Yes, a small number may always have said that but we are definitely seeing signs of fearful thinking.

Lets get our lives back to as near to normal as we can as soon as we reasonably can.

An age split would be interesting, some old fogies are miserable gets. ( Im over 60)

26% want nightclubs and casinos closed permanently.

Something a bit odd about this.

sample data group of 16-75..... Im guessing most were over 60 out of such a small group of people (1025)

It is a reflection of people's fears. We shouldn't laugh.

Given this Government's propensity to lurch from dithering indecision to reckless abandon, not entirely puzzling. When a gradual easing of restrictions was the path recommended by the majority of scientists, they have taken a decision based on economics. Perhaps the same Boomers will remember this ineptitude next time they are voting? But they will probably be scared by watching someone eating a bacon sandwich or drinking an M&S mojito on the Tube.
