Sunderland vs Sheffield United

If people are throwing in the towel because we're 6 points behind 2nd, it's bizarre to be worried about a team that are 7 points behind.
Oh I'm far from throwing in the towel.

It's just a tad $hiter that the Hatters won't be either.

How don’t they? Luton are now 1 point behind us. We still have to go there. Blackburn now only 3 behind us.. they’re all our close rivals.. of course it effects us, especially with us dropping points.

I mentioned on another thread that if we’d turned up and done our job, none of this would matter. We look after ourselves and we don’t have to rely on Reading and Sunderland to bail us out. Shouts of a good point last night sound daft now. We need wins in the crunch end of the season. Draws not enough to reach our goal.

Don't see how any of that matters if you're viewing it through making the play-offs.
3rd or 6th, we'd still be in them.
The two likeliest chasers dropped points to the teams in 23rd and 21st tonight.

When it comes to automatic promotion, the only results that really mattered is Sheffield United winning.

9 games still to play, plenty of twists and turns.

We're having an incredible season considering the massive head start wilder gave the rest of the league.

It probably will be the playoffs but I would have gladly taken that in November.

Even if they lost tonight they would still be 3 points ahead so even if we win every game we have to rely on others.

Plenty of twists and turns left before the end of the season.

They've got an eye on the FA cup too, if they beat Blackburn thats a Semi-Final to play at a crucial time of the season. Its not over yet.

Could be decided on goal difference.
