Through Zoom.
I think every major point brought up on here is on the agenda.
As I always point out the website boro.support is the place to message, influence and keep up to date with supporter/club engagement.

When you get to "Coverage of u21 and youth games", can you bring up access/ticket arrangements for those games please?

Today we've seen a classic example: the Boro website and Twitter account have gone to the effort of posting about our game at Wolves, but with no info about how fans can actually go.

You can normally just turn up and get in for free or a couple of quid, but nobody wants to travel without knowing if they can get in, and it's especially messy when games are played at training grounds rather than a proper stadium. It's a real shame they don't do more to promote going to youth games - some clubs really make a push on making these matches family-friendly, knowing that parents are delighted to have a way to keep kids entertained for a couple of hours for next to nothing, and of course it gets the children hooked at an early age.

Oh I will ask the club media people tomorrow.

I like the idea of cycle parking at the Riverside. With average fitness you could get to and from the Riverside quicker on a bike than you could in a car most of the time. Would be pretty cheap to install as well I would have thought.

I've been to games in Holland and Belgium and thousands do it over there quite successful although we are light years behind those countries in our attitude to cycling.

I remember walking up to Brighton's ground a few years ago and being met by an enthusiastic person encouraging me to cycle to the ground next time and shown large covered cycle racks etc. I was in support of the idea but politely advised them for my particular case it was a long way from the North East on a bike!

I have since purchased a folding bike which I now often use to park up somewhere for free on the outskirts of a town / city and ride in, but have never used it for a football match as feel nowhere really secure to leave during a game.

There will be a report back on everything once the minutes have been agreed - Mark Motley is always really quick and efficient about this.
One quick point I can make - it seems that the Swansea tickets were really late in being despatched from Wales because of a covid outbreak at their club.
Covid has been a real factor in late ticket release between clubs this season. Hopefully it will not be an issue going forward and getting tickets early to travelling fans is something that Boro and the supporters will be looking towards next season.

I look forward to reading the minutes.

Was @NorthumberlandBoro issue discussed?
No. Meeting had already started when he posted.
I don't believe it is a big factor in away allocation. Away season card holders are a little over 100 and the numbers allocated to season card holders for some supporter groups (who take buses to every game) are way below that level. I can get some kind of breakdown. But it is a system that seems to be working for away games.

Thanks.
I understand that a number go to corporate/hospitality. Could that also be clarified?
