TB 12 Retired “for good”

I'm a lifelong Packers fan so had the pleasure of watching Favre and Rodgers, not ashamed to say neither of them are/were anywhere near TB (although he had some weapons alongside him). GOAT

As much as this is massive news in NFL I was surprised to get a BBC alert about it. I bet a significant proportion of users have never heard of him, or know anything about NFL.

I'd actually say Tony Pulis' retirement is bigger news in the UK.

As a bills fan we’ve suffered at his hands more than most in fact he once held the record as the most successful QB at orchard park… that included home QB as well.

Probably stayed one season too long. He was a shadow of his former self last season.

At least he managed to make the playoffs (albeit 8-9 in a very weak division) and didn't finish 2-15 looking like Jamarcus Russell.

Expect a massive broadcasting gig to be announced shortly 👍

Romo was excellent when he first picked up the co-commentator mic, he was calling plays & blitzes before they happened you got the impression that he worked as hard in the film room as if he was still playing. Now he is much more hit & miss and perhaps he's enjoying retirement more & working less.

I think that took 4-5 years, I wonder how long it will take Brady.

Don't know how true it is but read somewhere Romo was told to wind it in a bit as he was correctly predicting too many plays before the snap and spoiling it a bit for fans 😁😁

Romo, Brady and Rothlesburger (spelling?) are the three best quarter backs I've seen play the game in my lifetime.
