Thai food orders

Following on from the excellent curry thread, me and the kids planned to order our favourites for tomorrow night takeaway (The Mrs birthday). Anyway, she's got wind of this and wants Thai instead. What are your favourites? It's a Thai restaurant we use, but also a lot of Malay food on the menu.

Copperstone in town is very good

I went to Copperstone between Christmas and New Year and it was absolutely outstanding, I picked it up however as I didn't want to risk it being anything less than red hot for when I had it.

Having a Thai wife I enjoy all the benefits of home-cooked Thai dishes. Favourites include Chicken Massaman, Prawn Red Curry, Chicken & Cashew Nut with perfect rice from a rice cooker. Highly recommended

Must admit I am partial to a bit of Y'Thai's from Stokesley. They do a take-away option too. Never had a bad meal from there.

Personal Favourite is the Beef in Basil, but the Mrs loves the Beef Massaman.

Always wanted to try Thai but wouldn't know where to start.

There is Lemongrass in Redcar, what would one suggest to start with as a beginner?

The depth of flavour in a properly cooked massaman is as good as any dish I've ever tasted. Incredibly rich though so a few bites is enough for me.
