Great to see ITV have revived this series at the moment and all episodes available on ITV X.

Incredibly they only made one series but with 30 episodes that originally aired in 1968-69.

Featuring probably one of the most attractive female leads ever in Alexandra Bastedo. Sadly Alexandra passed some years ago and the American Stuart Damon died last year. William Gaunt continues to appear in various TV progs.

Just watched an excellent episode set in Cornwall where Terrence Alexander is the baddie.

Alexandra once came to an event at a department store in Stockton.
Memories are vague but she was a rare beauty.
Unless it was a weird childhood dream.😃

Annette Andre who played Jeannie in Randall and Hopkirk was shortlisted to play Sharon, but lost it to Alexandra Bastedo on the decision of an American CBS executive.

I'm also a big Department S fan too.

Sharon & Jeanie shared the same costume wardrobe
 
Sharon. A great 60s name.

Just watched the first episode tonight where a white man with a beard in the middle of the Himalayas gives them their powers
 
Great stuff.

The rebranding of ITV Hub to ITV X passed me by. It’s really good with many of their classic sitcoms and drama box sets available.
