The "Official" unofficial - Middlesbrough v "Aye Up Lad" Barnsley Match Thread.

Keeper was shocking for second as well but Hall was wrong footed and left scorer unmarked. Thought he was pushed at first but nowt in it.

Unfortunately I’ve renewed and have no confidence any this getting any better with Warnock in charge.Thought he might be able to do something with the squad but he seems clueless and petty

Although to be fair to Bettinelli a large part of the blame has to go to the man who broke his neck to get him in and more importantly couldn’t wait to get rid of every other keeper we had.

Starting to worry if being funny and down to earth is enough credentials to manage this lot. I don’t see Neil change games, how he hasn’t sorted out throw ins out when in the final third is also beyond me. Alarm bells did start ringing for me when he made Britt captain earlier in the season.

Betennelli is scared of the ball, it explains everything. Not a good phobia to have when you want to be a goalkeeper.

The throw ins are an absolute disgrace mind.

His throw ins are exactly what he wants.

There'll be huge turnover of players in the summer.
I can't believe that NW signed a new contract without the promise of some funds from SG. Whether those funds come in the form of transfer fees and/or an improved wage structure I don't know.
I won't be judging NW on this season, let's see how we're doing after 10-12 games next season.
