Aren't most of the English water companies foreign owned?

90% of the UK population don't realise there are very few fish in their rivers nowadays and most go abroad for their holidays so they are not goibg to spend much time swimming in the seas around the UK.

If I mention how bad the pollution - the normal reaction is thats a shame and then its back to isn't that a nice picture of a puppy or what chance have Man City of getting the treble i.e people don't seem interested enough to get do anything about it.
