Boro flashback - 2nd August 1975

Boro played at home to Sunderland in the qualifying rounds of our triumphant anglo scottish cup winning season

It was the 1st season for the ASC which replaced the Texaco cup

With a pre-season attendance of 12,849, Boro won 3-2 with goals from Graeme Souness, John Craggs & Bobby Murdoch
