Forcing Leeds to let Villa equalise was probably one of my favourite moments in football, and I think I'd have enjoyed him being our manager, but he has never achieved anything notable anywhere and a lot of his reputation seems to be built around current managers singing his praises whilst doing better than him.
 
Is it part of his approach to leave massive gaps at the back? You could have driven a bus through the defence for that third goal. The commentator said something about man for man marking.
