Ticket office this morning ,

Great result Saturday , Leeds game coming up , season ticket deadline approaching, queue over 30ft long , guess why .
Only 2 staff serving , welcome to Middlesbrough FC , the words p#ss up and brewery spring to mind
 
I'm struggling to think why anyone would queue up at the ticket office to buy a ticket for Leeds or to renew their season ticket.
 
Tommy Smith should have been on the phones.. Darragh Lenihan with that Irish ‘gift of the gab’ should be in the ticket office driving up sales too!

My mate was going to go as he’s not been able to choose the U-11 ticket option on his son’s renewal.

He did ring but was in the queue for an hour. Moved one place. Eventually he managed to get it sorted on laptop. Seemingly the drop down is a little sticky at updating.

Unfortunately the club force some peoples hands with an online system that is so flawed and buggy (for some people, not all it must be said) that they have no other option if they can’t get through on the phone.

Last day of deadline, you’d think they’d put a few extra staff on to deal with the extra demand. Surely one of their busiest days of the year?

Possibly expecting too much though to expect some foresight given the issues we have in Retail as well.

Because a lot of people are struggling to get their payment to process online.
(I guess they could phone but that can take an age).
Yeah, this happened to me and I just rang up. Probably in the queue for 10 minutes. I guess you can queue on the phone or go down in person. I just don't understand why someone would do the latter, unless they wanted to get some fresh air.

Same here.
I rang up mid march and the call took 28 minutes.

If you lived in that high rise just near the ground (with the pretend house on top) I guess you might just have a wander over?
 
I'm here atm. Want to change seats for three people one who has already renewed. Thought it would be easier to explain face to face.
 
For some reason I couldn't renew my season ticket with my digital account.
When I was next one in the queue after waiting nearly half an hour , the two counters in front of me , both supporters had some issues with renewing , one was trying to group together with his mate and his 3 kids , the other was a woman in her 70's who couldn't get her account to work.
Both members of staff were brilliant with them , likewise no whingeing by any Boro fans waiting.
After another 15 minutes wait I was seen by this bloke who was brilliant and sorted everything in 5 minutes.
The only complaint I have is why weren't ther more staff on (another one would have done ) , must be great for some people if you've never needed to go to the ticket office since we left Ayresome Park

I wonder if the rest of the staff were on the phones talking with people as well as also trying to help people applying online.
 
I’ve tried a few times online over the past few weeks online without success. I can see the screen directing me to my bank behind some the sponsors but it won’t let me access the screen properly. Called the ticket office earlier. I was 13 in the queue, waited 2 hours then had to end the call for a meeting. Called a couple of times this afternoon and was 25 then 28 in the queue. I’ll email later and hopefully get sorted.
