Same here.
I rang up mid march and the call took 28 minutes.
Not if you live York.I always pop down to the ticket office to renew, it’s not a hardship for me and the kids are a great help, went a couple of weeks ago and no queue.
Yes things were much better in the old days weren’t they ??I had to queue for over 5 hours at the Ayresome Park ticket office for tickets for the first game at the Riverside.
The Q went behind the East End Stand then around the away end than down Clive Road to the entrance to the Holgate i.e. half way round the ground.
OK pre-internet days, but it was quite a chore to get match tickets for big games.
Need to lay off the Red on a Tuesday night @Simply redmate went to the ticket office today and was served by Kieran Scott , who told him we are signing 4 Brazilian players and 2 Aussies for next season , deals already agreed . True . And next seasons away kit is yellow shirt , blue shorts and green socks . ( or white ? )
It was the sight of people freezing in wintry conditions queuing at the Riverside that seemed to make up everyone's mind at Boro that we had to find a better way to sell tickets.Yes things were much better in the old days weren’t they ??
Half a day off work just to get a football ticket
Camping out overnight for cup final tickets.
Jumpers for goalposts and all that
Internets ruined all that malarkey hasn’t it. Far too easy with priority points.
Character Building. It was the sight of people freezing in wintry conditions queuing at the Riverside that seemed to make up everyone's mind at Boro that we had to find a better way to sell tickets.
I remember queueing a long time at Ayresome Park with my Dad for Arsenal away first game of that season.I had to queue for over 5 hours at the Ayresome Park ticket office for tickets for the first game at the Riverside.

It was awful.Yes some of the photos from winter queuing at the Riverside were like scenes from the film/drama "Snowpiecer" just the outlines of humans frozen stiff and all white.

I was thinking more like the Jesus image shirt they have Newy , only our image could be captain CookI think you should be applauded for your tenacity and outstanding detective work.
There is only one way that the retail staff could be so sure than fans will love the shirts next season.. despite rumours of Castore.. first of all it would have to be Umbro and second of all., there would have to be a Juninho shirt.. the yellow away kit ticks that box in spades.
Also regarding the deals already done.. I came across a list of names that seem to stack up with your story either real or imagined..
Harry Souttar
Vinícius Tobias
Andrey Santos
Nathan Fernandes
Garang Kuol
Yuri Alberto
make of that what you will.. it will probably make more sense to you than it does me.
