Ah good old family entertainment. Severe violence involving young teens. “There are scenes of brutal, bloody bullying, including bashing a head with a rock, use of a switchblade, punching, kicking, martial arts, and face-punching”. Marvellous but sadly not for me.

No spoilers but yes I enjoyed that.Creepy, claustrophobic and very tense. I can highly recommend this chiller. 9/10
Yep that's how I remember my school and I went to Warsett in quiet East Cleveland, the switch blades all appeared after a school trip to France.Strange comment as I don't think anyone would describe this as family entertainment. The violence you mentioned is mainly school bullying and fights which was how I remember life at my junior and senior school time in the 1980's.
I was being sarcastic Brian with that comment by the way.Strange comment as I don't think anyone would describe this as family entertainment. The violence you mentioned is mainly school bullying and fights which was how I remember life at my junior and senior school time in the 1980's.

Funnily enough, it’s based on a short story by Joe Hill who is Stephen King’s son. I thought it was a good movie.Very underrated movie in my opinion. As you say, very creepy, sort of like Stephen King meets Thomas Harris.
It did feel very “king” likeFunnily enough, it’s based on a short story by Joe Hill who is Stephen King’s son. I thought it was a good movie.
Yes, his real name is of course Joe King, but he changed it when he met Phil Stamp.Funnily enough, it’s based on a short story by Joe Hill who is Stephen King’s son. I thought it was a good movie.
