Any consensus on the best way to get down? Last time I was on a fan special train that looked like it was from a museum. But nothing like that announced.

I drive but not sure I fancy going down on my lonesome

Train will be a pain with the line closure to York so I am going to drive. M1 I guess rather than A1 although a bank holiday weekend is likely to be very busy

I tried to get a train from Leeds to London this morning when we found out the kick off time, all the trains were listed as full and you couldnt buy a ticket, after looking now you can get them now, so they must have put extra trains on.

I'm driving Friday night. Would be too early on the Saturday morning for me. Currently have 2 hotels for Friday night as one is non refundable after 2359 tonight. If we don't hear on the appeal tonight I will change that one to just Saturday which also included in booking.

The trains just dont seem value considering the cost/disruption.

The A1/M18 route has been quicker for a good few months now. We're driving down to Milton Keynes and that's the way I'm intending to go.

Can anyone who gets away coaches from the club occasionally help me out by answering a quick question - Never got a coach before to a match but have one of the official ones booked.

Does anyone know if you can park at the Riverside for the day / if you have to pay / how you pay / if there's anywhere else you can stick the car for the day if not?

I figure getting anything out of the ticket office is going to be impossible.
