As you'll see below, Bannon was recorded, way before the election, telling a group of his dodgy mates exactly what Trump was planning on election night. All the evidence is piling up to a point whereby the DoJ will have to charge him with something otherwise they'll be seen to be negligent.
I think, longer term, that Trump will lose a lot of his floating voter support over this and it'll only be his hardcore, conspiracy nuts that will be able to deny his threat to democracy which is the important thing, not his party allegiance or lack thereof.

Would love to think that would be the case but the Republicans will give him another go and he'd beat Biden hands down.

I don’t think it will be Biden he will be up
against. Hopefully inflation and particularly fuel prices will have come down by then.

Sadly I can see Trump winning though and if he doesn’t I anticipate a more pre-planned coup although without any January 6th shenanigans.
