Nothing will happen with this. Strictly it was legally wrong, but the judge has even said that the contracts may well have been awarded anyway.
 
"yes, but Blue Passports and Covid vaccines" is the go-to defence for any wrongdoing or illegal or immoral activity for the next 10 years.

"Yes, the Prime Minister "might" have forced a bus load of nuns off the road whilst he was drink driving, but he has delivered Brexit, blue passports and the covid vaccines, so the nuns had it coming"

Yeah it's sad isn't it. Lots of government actions have been found unlawful this past year. The voting prices in general don't care, so it just goes on and on and the government gets to drain even more money from the good law project.

That in itself should be enough to bring down the government. Rather than wanting to clear their name in court, they expend all their energy trying to bankrupt the guys raising the court cases
